In this interactive and experiential 45 minute workshop, Simon Barnes, mindfulness teacher and coach, will introduce you to mindfulness and explore how this can be a powerful way of being.

We explore what mindfulness is, discuss some of the neuroscience that underpins it and look at how it may benefit you professionally as well as in your personal life. Building sustainable resilience underpins successful engagement in life.

In stepping out of autopilot and developing awareness of certain behaviour patterns, you become equipped to respond more effectively rather than reacting in old familiar ways that don’t serve you – or those around you – well.
Mindful awareness is key and can be seen as a mental work out – we train the mind to become fitter thus enhancing mental agility.
