Karla is a sought after brand positioning consultant and business development expert. Frustrated by the lack of diversity in the UK agency scene, she created a national programme of events and awards programme to improve the way agencies go about winning new business (by treating it as an art, not a numbers game). In January 2018 she co-founded New Breed Services, a new kind of intermediary that connects brands to unusual suspects. It is founded on the belief that collaboration is not just another business model, but the only way for brands to survive and thrive in modern times.
