For December’s meeting on Monday the 5^th, we are currently reading Kate Atkinson’s ‘Shrines of Gaiety’, which so far, I’m personally loving.

See you all again at 17:30 at Square Works on the 5^th December and of course we would love to welcome any newcomers – it is never too late to get involved even if you haven’t read the book!

Open and free to all, it will be running on the first Monday of every month. Whether you have been reading since you were a kid, or it is a new hobby you are picking up, this book club welcomes everyone regardless of level and ability, and there is a ‘100% no pressure’ rule. This means that if you don’t have time to finish the book, or simply are not enjoying it, you are under absolutely no obligation to do so – just come along anyway and join in with the discussion.

As it is open to anyone, please do encourage friends/family/partners to come along! We will provide some refreshments here, but do enjoy the perk of ordering any alcoholic beverage from the Square Club next door, to get those creative juices flowing!
