Back by popular demand, The Square has teamed up with Our Creative Community once again to make art classes accessible to as many people as possible, no matter what their background or ability.

What’s this art club’s mission? Inclusion by design. When you join an art class you will be amazed at what you can achieve in a short period of time. We all have a creative side, whether or not we choose to engage with it. This is a chance to reconnect with this part of ourselves and enjoy some playful explorations.

Every week we will explore a different skill in-depth, before shifting focus onto an exciting new area.
You will not need to bring any materials to the session as all equipment will be provided for you!

In this week’s session we will be focusing on: Botanical
Botanical drawing is a slower and more delicate practice than most, that tends to appeal to those who enjoy the challenge of creating with accuracy and precision. Observation, drawing, colour mixing (and patience!) are all skills that can be learned and practised..
