Leo Forster is an amateur ocean rower and world record holder. In 2017 he set out to lead The Common Oars Team around Great Britain unaided. Prior to the row he had absolutely no ocean experience and had never rowed a boat! The crew planned to break the world record of 26 days but after enduring some horrendous weather and severe food rationing, made it home in 59 days.
