We are delighted to host this exclusive 4 course tasting dinner in association with Glenfiddich Whisky, with Glenfiddich UK Brand Ambassador Mark Thomson.

Enjoy a one-night-only menu, specially developed by our award-winning chefs, expertly paired with four excellent Glenfiddich whiskys – 12year, 15year, 18year and 21year. Plus, Mark Thomson will be attending throughout for a masterclass in whisky drinking and food pairing.

The perfect occasion for anyone who loves whiskey, and a special evening out dining and drinking in luxury.

1st Course

To be paired with Glenfiddich 12 year – a fruity whisky with pear and oak notes

Oak smoked mackerel, coriander lime and chilli vinaigrette, baby leaves

2nd Course

To be paired with Glenfiddich 15 year – a sweet and spicy whisky

Pan roasted five-spiced duck breast and confit duck leg, pak choi, plum sauce

3rd Course

To be paired with Glenfiddich 18 year – an oloroso- and oak-aged, rich, fruity and full bodied whisky

Pork tenderloins, whisky, apple and potato rosti, baby apple, sauted chard, port wine jus

4th Course

To be paired with Glenfiddich 21 year – a whisky with caramelised sugar notes

Chocolate bomb, peanut butter parfait, banana mousse, chocolate popping candy; served with salt caramel
