About the speaker

Camilla Dempster of http://www.nlperform.com/ is a health and wellness influencer and coach with over a decade’s experience. She has presented at fitness conventions such as IHRSA (US), MEFitSummit (Dubai), BodyPower (UK) and FitPro Live (UK). Since returning to the UK to focus upon her own business teaching women to ditch the binge/guilt/restrict cycle she has grown her Instagram audience from 4K to 10K in less than 6 months. She has also been nominated for ‘Best Health and Fitness Instagram’ by the Health Bloggers Community.
