Sarah is a registered Nutritional Therapist and author of the book ‘Do Nourish: How to Eat for Resilience’, with 15 years of experience in metabolic health and stress management. Carly is a registered Nutritionist and Health Coach with over 20 years of experience and has helped hundreds of women to improve their metabolic health. In this workshop, Sarah and Carly will combine their knowledge and experience to help you on your wellness journey.
