An empowering session that guides you through conscious yogic movement and breathwork practices to help you re-establish the connection between your body and your mind. These ancient yogic practices are proven to restore balance in the nervous system from dysregulation to regulation, supporting mental health and overall wellbeing. You’ll learn tools to help you to find a state of clarity and calmness and to cope better with moments of stress and anxiety.
All are welcome to this session, no previous Yoga experience necessary, or fancy yoga clothes/yoga mat.
The session will be chair and standing-based. Please wear something comfy that you can move freely in.
