This evening will delve into the world of South American Wines.
Head Chef Aidan Fisher and his team have curated an exquisite 5-course tasting menu, which has been paired with 5 exceptional wines by Ben Franks of Novel Wines.
Ben Franks is the co-founder of Novel Wines, which he founded following a career as an award-winning wine journalist.
Throughout this evening, Ben will talk you through the pairing of each of these wines alongside the tasting menu – leaving you with a plethora of new wine knowledge.
Please note that as this is a tasting menu we are unfortunately unable to cater for any dietary requirements.
